We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including situations where:
- Proper identification is not provided
- Signer appears unwilling or coerced
- Signer appears impaired
- Documents are incomplete or inappropriate
Notary Requirements
By requesting services, you agree to the following:
- Signers must appear in person (unless using Remote Online Notary)
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required
- Documents must be complete prior to notarization
- We do not provide legal advice
- We do not prepare legal documents unless permitted by law
J&J Document Services, LLC is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice.
Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- Same-day appointments may be available based on availability
- Travel fees may apply for mobile services
- Fees will be disclosed prior to service
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:
- Weather conditions
- Emergencies
- Safety concerns
- Scheduling conflicts
Fees and Payments
Fees may include:

- After-hours Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

- Electronic Payments (if applicable)
Returned or declined payments may result in additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellations when possible.
Cancellation fees may apply if:
- Notary has already traveled
- Appointment is canceled last minute
- Client fails to appear
No-show appointments may be subject to full travel fee charges.
